The project
What if a small brand’s tools worked as one system?
Tany Jewelry is a jewelry store in Huancayo, Peru. The owner was finding it difficult to keep track of everything while also wanting to offer promotions, expand marketing and introduce a WhatsApp AI chatbot. I created a CRM to bring the business together, integrating ComfyUI workflows to make campaign creation more accessible to her.
Context
Tany Jewelry is a store in Huancayo, Peru. The project grew from the owner’s need for a clearer way to manage the business and more practical tools to promote her merchandise.
The problem
Keeping track of products, customers, orders and marketing had become difficult. Alongside getting those everyday operations organized, the owner wanted to start offering promotions and explore a WhatsApp AI chatbot for customer conversations. The challenge was to connect those ambitions in a system she could use without managing a collection of separate technical tools.
System architecture
I created a CRM that brings customers, products, orders and marketing into one workspace. Around that core, I integrated ComfyUI for creative workflows and used n8n to automate selected promotions. The aim was to connect the store’s information with the tools used to create and organize its marketing.
Customer context & WhatsApp
The CRM connects customer information with product interest, orders and follow-up. A WhatsApp AI chatbot is part of the owner’s requested direction: make customer support more accessible while keeping conversations connected to the business. Live chatbot operation is a separate integration milestone.
ComfyUI campaign creation
I integrated ComfyUI workflows so the owner could create campaign imagery through the CRM instead of having to work directly with a node-based interface. The goal is to move from merchandise and a campaign idea to visual options she can review and refine in a familiar workspace.
Promotion automation with n8n
I used n8n automations for selected promotions, connecting recurring marketing steps so they did not all have to be repeated manually. These workflows sit alongside the CRM and creative tools, bringing campaign preparation and promotion activity closer together.
A LoRA for the store’s own world
I trained a custom LoRA on the owner’s merchandise and store imagery to give the creative workflows a more specific visual reference. The aim is to create campaign material that feels connected to Tany’s products and setting. Generated jewelry still needs review for accurate shape, materials and detail before it is used in marketing.
Interface design
The design focus is clear daily priorities, a readable product catalog and customer records that make the next action apparent. The supplied dashboard shows this interface direction; its displayed figures are demonstration data.
One connected retail ecosystem.
